FR Interim Controller

Interim Controller for Small & Medium Business

Ready to grow?
Let's get the bank to say yes.

For over 20 years, Frankie Rolon, CFE, MBA, prepared the numbers banks read. Now he works for the owner: the financial model, the bank package and the introductions your family business needs to get credit. Then he stays on as your part-time controller.

Sound familiar?

Your business is ready. Your paperwork isn't.

Most small and medium businesses are turned down for the same three reasons. None of them are about how good the business is.

“The bank wants statements we don't have.”

Lenders ask for financial models, projections and clean reports. Most owners are too busy selling and running the business to build them.

“We can't afford a full-time CFO.”

You need senior finance leadership for a few hours a week, not a full-time executive salary.

“We don't know which banker to call.”

Relationships open doors. Without the right introductions, a strong application can sit in a pile.

How it works

Four steps from “we want to grow” to “approved.”

  1. First conversation

A short call to understand your business, your goal and how much credit makes sense.

  2. Numbers that lenders trust

A financial model and business plan built around exactly what banks ask for.

  3. A complete bank package

Every document organized, then introduced through an established banking network.

  4. Controller on call

Financial statements, reporting and results presentations to the bank, for as long as you need.

About Frankie

Frankie Rolon, CFE, MBA

For more than 20 years, Frankie was the person behind the numbers a bank reads: financial statements, reports and results presentations, as Controller and Senior Auditor in private companies and government across Florida, Texas and Puerto Rico.

Along the way he saw the same story many times: a good family business ready to grow, without an in-house finance team or the banking relationships to get the credit. That is the gap he closes today, working directly for the owner.

He has also led ERP migrations, managed complex audits and uncovered fraud. His style is simple: clear numbers, straight answers, in English or Spanish.

  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
  • MBA in Accounting
  • FBI Citizens Academy Graduate
  • Bilingual English & Spanish

Questions

Straight answers before you call.

Who do you work with?

Small and medium businesses, especially family-owned, in Florida, Puerto Rico and across the U.S., that want to grow and need bank credit or senior finance help without hiring a full-time CFO.

Can you guarantee the bank will say yes?

No, and nobody honest can. The bank makes the decision. Frankie makes sure your application is complete, your numbers are clear and it reaches the right people.

Do I really need a full-time CFO?

Usually not. Most growing businesses need senior finance leadership a few hours a month. You can add more hours as the business grows.

What should I have ready for the first conversation?

Just a clear idea of your business and what you want to finance. Recent financial statements or tax returns help, but you do not need them to start.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what your business needs. After the first conversation you get a clear proposal with the scope and the price, before any work begins.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Frankie is fully bilingual and works with owners in English or Spanish.
